You’ll set the agenda for our coaching sessions. I’ll help you answer the key questions: What are your needs, goals, and options? From there we'll explore your circumstances more deeply, bringing good sense—and inspiration—to your leadership and decision-making.
I offer my coaching by phone or video chat, whichever best suits the needs (phone often works better) wherever you are in the world. We'll meet for an hour each time. By the end of each session we'll agree on concrete steps to keep momentum.
Our conversations will be completely confidential. There will be no gimmicks: only genuine progress toward concrete goals.

I've turned "dead-end" jobs into career boosters and moved on from setbacks, big and small, to correct course and produce tangible results.
Along the way I deployed resources and used opportunities to spark positive change around the world—while giving quality time to my family and putting two great kids through top U.S. schools.
